Value of life

Just a situation I came across a couple of times and it got me wondering... Loads of rebels (disgrace to call them that) run up to you and just yell "hand up u bitch, or die". With absolute SHITE rp like this I don't exactly want to give them my top-of-the-range gear for such shit RP so would it still be violation of server rules if I choose to bite the bullet? Cause I'd much rather die and lose the gear then give it up to some shit RP done...

I guess if you can call in for backup, stall then when ready issue compliance if you can.

After the situation is done you can always try to get them into teamspeak to explain what they did was piss poor RP so they don't do it again.  If they don't come on teamspeak report away if you feel it's necessary. 

Going back to your original point, I would still think you need to value your life as that is still a rule that should be followed.  Then again if you are already in cover when they start shouting at you and you're not outnumbered (3v1 police rules) you can act upon that.

Run for cover and attempt to roleplay it out. 

When I play as rebel (which isn't often) I issues compliance and if they complied I GAVE them stuff for complying, if they ran without talking they died.

Simply put; ask why they're doing it, try go for cover and then threat back if you CAN. In an impossible situation I wouldn't suggest risking it because people get 'salty' when you 'don't value your life' (when you win and they don't especially)

WoW... I cant really know what gets rebels with guns in line faster than some rubbers from mk20c. If they dont want to RP, force them to do so. Police have rule of one of you per 3 enemies. I would use that as guideline for rebel side also. 

@SamatlewissRubbers are like salt rounds. If you shoot too much of them, people will come too salty for you to process, in what point you need to trow them to jail. 

As usually a little medical tip applies, dont overdose salt as it might affect your blood pressure...

My look on the Value of Life rule is this.

Are you outgunned?(You got a pistol or small rifle, they got a Mk-1)

Yes - Attempt at RP, Surrender because you will die

No - Attempt at RP, if they are reluctant to do so, then arrest those rebelious people for being dangerous.

Are you outmanned?

Yes - Attempt at RP, Depends on their weaponry and how much outmanned

No - Attempt at RP, if they refuse get them!
