Greetings from Germany!
THE SITUATION: A very strange rp tactic happened to my team yesterday, in which a group of players hostile towards my own group has chased us for kidnapping one of their own. The vehicle chase was all going smoothly (rules were followed) until a part where we tried to get away with a teammate who's helicopter was landed nearby.
THE ISSUE: The enemy group used their chasing helicopter to "hover" over our helicopter hence breaking our helicopter's blades before we could lift off.
(As a new player fresh out of the box I believe this breaks a VDM rule so going from my gut feeling i believed this is not allowed.)
However the enemy group claimed this Legal but has not stated where the rule that one simply can hover over another helicopter and break it so that it cannot fly away was found.
THE QUESTION: Was this an actual legal strategy to stop a group of players from using aircraft to escape an assault? (I do not wish anyone to get i trouble for this I am just wondering if this can actually be done legally for better understanding of the game. My my senses tells me this will probably happen again and to avoid arguing/problems with another group of players I would like to request a formal assessment of the situation. )
Thankyou very much!
