'User error'

I see a lot of comp requests get rejected for user error, including a member of my gang. He transferred 4.2m in cash to another player and so the server ate it up. Yet it gets rejected because of user error. Nowhere is it actually stated that you can't transfer more than 999,999 at a time. It's just known to veteran players. Would love to see things like this put into the rules/guide/forums so people don't keep making errors that they didn't even know existed. The funny thing is, there was a comp request accepted for this very same thing when Samurai tried to send me 3 million in cash...

I got comped for this a while back

TBH, I tried to sell my huron on abay and pressed the 'sell' button rather than auction which seemed to be the logical option at the time (bare in mind I was gone for a few months and was readjusting to the way the server works) and it sold it for 1k instantly without and confirmation message. My comp got denied for "User Error" which although I find to be ridiculous, it's understandable in a way and you gotta eat it up and move on. I did that and i'm getting rich again

Im also pretty sure it says they dont comp for user error in the comp rules which is why I was skeptical when I put the comp up
