Description of what happened: We spotted a hobo running in the middle of nowhere, so we decided to rob him, and then he started breaking RP and metagaming, which is also very clear in the video.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Breaking Rp, and meta-gaming
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, we also tried to get him onto TS yesterday since he RDM'ed us, and we just didn't do it, so today i didn't want to discuss it with him since he apparently don't care about it.

After reviewing your video evidence, there was no direct breaking of RP. He doesn't specifically say who he "REKT", and it could be construed he was saying he "REKT" a group of rebels
