Ahh herro, Mr. Chee here, many graces to the altis governement for my exciting adventures so frar as the new CEO of City Wok on altis.

I have come across a biiig probrem with the naughty people selling the 'special ingredient' in kavala. I tell a story....
Myself and Mr Wong run to the church in kavala to inspect the supply of 'special ingredient.' We arrive with the speed of a thousand grasshopper but "Ohhh no"; to our much dissapoint we see a naughty man trying to undercut our very high prices to the nice man who does our brig transaction. We tell this man; "No! get out the chitty wok supply building, we need to trax you for the trade you just did with our great friend, Reverend Marjuna, you nuahgty boy" But he starts to do the run. Ahhhh naughty boy, trying to escape thepunishment of the glorious chinese governemnt taxation. We chase him yerring for him to stop, about to shoot him in the kneecraps and what does he do!... He run into the kavara hosprital where his is hiding his broom broom truck. We have lost the taxation, very sad for us.

But in all seriousness, this is happening a lot - people park in the blue zone of the hospital and do the selling runs. Whilst this is a good tactical place to hide a truck - multiple times we have asked them to stop and then sometimes fired upon them as they run through houses only for them to retreat to the blue zone. Last night we even had two members of the community shouting at us from the blue zone with pistols drawn and lowered after the chase! I feel this is a bad role-play use of the designated zones as by continuing the pursuit which was already initiated outside the zone would put us in contradiction of rules 6[x] . I propose the rules be extended to include the clause; 'Illegal activity must not be conducted from a green/blue zone (such as transferring drugs to storage/seller from a vehicle)'
