Description of what happened: I first met this guy as he was being restrained by PC salt. Salt then lost connection, and DC'd, resulting in him being glitched and making him unrestrainable. I told him to rejoin the server and went on my way. I later find him killing other people and stealing vehicles, and tell him that it is exploiting if he does not rejoin. He keeps making up excuses and stuff and says he is being held up. I see where he is and walk up to him in the green zone and then he out of nowhere just shoots me in the head. (Got a video of this, but I dont want to upload it unless requested, as it takes time and effort, and the current evidence should be enough.) He later then comes back and starts shooting everyone for no reason. I was hosting a small rap battle in the greenzone by the stage, and he kept comming by and randomly shot at people.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Quite a few, RDM, NLR, killing in green zone, glitching/taking advantage of an exploit, etc.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, I told him it was exploiting etc. and then he ignored it.

Like I said, he was RDM'ign MULTIPLE people, and being a massive troll saying "I'm not planning to stay on this server anyways" etc...
Multiple other known players from the server can confirm all of this as well, as there were a few people from both TI and EXP, and PC salt and DSGT Thesoldier to witness it as well.
Another guy gave me a youtube link to which he said he was also RDM'd by the same person previously. Just gonna add this here.
