i was banned for firing a weapon in safe zone, i feel this should be revoked as i was trying to defend an officer from one guy that previously shot at me but the officer walked into the line of fire (major lag being a factor)

You need to use the template! otherwise they will delay your dispute, I can see that this is clearly an accident but they need your details to check your accounts existence, and IP etc..
