Could someone please explain what this new update includes because i have no clue what the unmc passport can be used for and the other things that came with the update.

The UNMC passport can be brought at the checkpoint. It allows you to have full access to UNMC lands throughout restart for 50k. This includes the blackmarket and meth dealer etc. If you break any UNMC law, your passport may be removed from you by UNMC personnel.

Could i trespass on unmc land? And how would they know?

You could trespass the land however if you get caught, you may be punished under the Exodus Charter. The UNMC has the ability to see if a player has brought a passport so they will know if you are lying or not.
