Lately while roleplaying in Kavala square I have seen a few trucks with gas canisters on the back. Does anyone know how to get them? Seems like you could do a good Oil transporting company or a fuel company RP. Thanks for reading!

Are you referring to the Tempest Device, or the Fuel Trucks? 

Fuel trucks used to be in the game but were removed because they blew up with quite a bang - but any one who bought one still has it. Tempest Devices are trucks that can do mining for you, you buy them at the truck store.

 
The fuel trucks I believe, I saw a few around. riperoni's, thought I would be able to do good RP with it.
