Unfairly banned Griffo (Perm Ban)

I Basically got banned for killing a guy who wasnt part of the rp but was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I did tell him to move away maybe i was too far away but we got shot at and when i returned fire he was there looting my frined wearing rebel clothing like the people that shot at us not really my fault.
