Unbanned recently - help

Ive been UNBANNED recently (YES!) for a d**kmove i pulled with a friend when i was a newbie at the game and i understand now what i did wrong. 
 

The problem is that i just yesterday bought apex expansion and thought that i would give Tanoa RPUK a go but it gave me the same Ban message that i got the first time :S 
I have no problems joining any of the altis life servers. 

This happens when i join.

Normally you should be unbanned instantly, go to the teamspeak and ask for support.

i did got send here but ive made a unban appeal for it aswell just wanted to get it fixed
