Unbanned but still banned (lol)

Can an admin help me out please, i was unbanned on my unban request nearly 4 days ago, but it is still saying i am banned when i try to connect. Link to unban request below

Why be like that? I have been unabanned 4 days ago but it has not applied yet... Have tried connecting but still appears like i am banned (shows the same ban message)

If i remember correctly, they ban you on your IP and your GUID. They might have only unbanned u on one and not the other. Try PMing a admin about it since its a mistake.
