Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Well i have changed alot since that day, im part of a arma 3 clan wich dont tolerate any form of rule breaking. if we do we get kicked outoff the clan. i do love serious roleplay and i have alot of different streams when we do serious roleplaying on another community. i do apologize for this, i shouldnt rage and combatlogg for this, i should have manned up and taken it like a man and not like a loser like i did. my clan is wanting to start on this community we have about 20 serious roleplayers that are intrested in joining this community. We all love roleplay and follow the rules. We try to solve our problems with the person before we go to help room as adults. But the cops who pulled me over cant just pull me over because they "assume" i have drugs, i was not speeding i just toke the truck outoff the garage a couple of mins after i got pulled over and the reason i got pulled over is in the ban thread " Description of what happened:

The server just restarted me and PC Bacon were on a pat roll and we saw a guy just get a truck out of the garage. We thought thay he may be using it for a drug run or have drugs in it because its a bit suspicious getting a truck out in paros as most trucks in paros have drugs in them. So Bacon, because he is DEA searched the vehicle and found over £100000 worth of drugs in it. We then got acused of meta gaming as soon as we said that he had drugs in the truck. I have footage of the whole event also. He was screaming at me saying he was going to report me for metagaming and I simply wanted to role-play. The video quality is a bit bad but PC Bacon has a screenshot of the incedent with a bit better quality." 

if its a serious roleplay server you cant really pull someone over just because they pull out a truck in Paros because its close to a drug area. its just like Kris says in that ban appeal " judging the contents of the vehicle based on the vehicle itself or because it's a drugs route is wrong. It's also a city and cities have a lot of import. " 

i do apologize for this and this wont happen again. i should have just accepted it and not rage and use non rp to threatning the police with going on teamspeak. i do really apologize for this and want to prove myself that i have changed and love to roleplay.

Just for the record, I spoke to this chap late last night on TS, and we worked over the whole issue (initially he couldn't remember the incident and thought he'd never been to our server before... but the log never lies! LOL) 

Once we'd established the situation, he did remember, and was rather embarrassed. He made a full and frank apology to me, and seemed genuine. He had a mate with him from the aforementioned clan, and he vouched for him, and indicated that if Sinder screwed up here, he would likely be ejected from his clan too, so there is potentially quite a lot at stake for him now, if this is true.

Personally, I'd give him a second chance, but I'll let the admins involved in the original case decide, of course. To me, it looks like he screwed up on day one on a new server and (probably) hadn't read the rules and underestimated our seriousness here. I figure he's learned a lesson, so let's see if he can keep to it. I've already warned him that there would be no second chances.
