i recently got banned for nothing?(hacking?)

i just spawned in kavala when a saw a guy in a (tank?)

his tank broke and spawned an new one and drive away

i walked to his old tank and saw a gun on te floor, i took it and some cops killed me 2 secs afther and banned me. 

can u guys please unban me? i didnt do anything wrong.

We was busy dealing with a hacker in Kavala, he was instantly killing everyone with no name given.

You broke 2 rules and no doubt with an illegal MX, now i will unban you for the hacker as we assumed it was yourself as you was firing into the cop base but we since caught the real hacker.

Please let me know once you have read and understood the rules and i will process the unban

i have read al the rules now.

but i didnt even fire with that weapon , i just took it from the grout, but its ok, i wil never take any weapons from the ground anymore
