Ok, so apparently i got banned for no rp = RDM.

how am i suppose to RP with a guy shooting at my friend atleast 100m away from me? He stopped his car and started shooting rubber bullets at my friend.
I'm not just gonna run up to him when there is 3 other officers right infront of me, aswell as the massive desync, i screamed dont get out of the car. All of a sudden they're all infront of me taking shots at my friend and taking positions, What am i suppose to do when i scream dont get out of the car, they get out and starts shooting at my friends.. Of course im going to take action and shoot at them if they shoot at my friends.

Hopefully my friend Vlad is done uploading the footage soon, i'll edit the post once its uploaded.

I really do think it's wrong to just ban me from seing things from 1 perspective, like wilco honestly, you could've atleast talked to me on TS, i was on ts.altislife.co.uk . Even neo messaged me but when i replied back i got no message back, all i got was a ban.....

I witnessed the whole event via a twitch stream.

It was a car chase from outside kavala to a point where it was clear a spike strip was used on the car SI Neo was chasing.

SI Neo then got out the car (nothing can be heard being said) and was instantly shot at... he proceeded to hide behind a wall and shot back at the person in-front of him.

He then headed back towards his car where he was killed by yourself, Someone who was not involved in the police chase against someone.

Looked like a clear RDM from the stream.

As you know we do not discuss bans/unbans over teamspeak, its all documented here in the forum so we can refer back to it for future conduct... you cannot do that unless you record a teamspeak conversation and I certainly do not have the time to do that.

Well first of all, the spike trips were not planned for that polise chase, as you know vlad posted about more checkpoints and stuff thats what we wanna do we parked our cars setup spike trips and then we get a report from our fellow teamate in our radio (ts) that he is being chased by a officer, so we prepare incase something happens. I allready said, i could not speak to neo because i was to far, i speaked to the other 3 officers that got of their car after i screamed do not get out of the car. Which they did not comply to so i killed them. And at that point Neo had started shooting at my friend, so therefor i killed him. Thats all of the situation from my point of view. Vlads recording hopefully up soon for more proof.

Just watched the video... so you cannot see who was shooitng ???

SI Neo fired no shots until he got hit which took most of his health... he then fired at that person across the road *the guy who jumped out the car*

You killed him when he was returning to his car.... What RP reason ??? In twitch you said you shouted out to Neo not to get out the car... i cannot hear any shouting from you to Neo

I can also not hear any word from Ashley in the video to you advising he was being chased.

As i already said, i did not shout to Neo, i shouted to the pcso's  and the cso not to get out of the car....

Im sorry if i were unclear to you, i already told you there was another car, if you look at the video vlad uploaded and go to 0:40 you'll see vlad shooting at thoose officers, they were the pcso bacon cso and some other guy

Also at 0:27 you can hear ashley say "im getting shot at"

Right just seen that is not even you in the video... that is totally confusing it does nothing but show how much i was right in this ban.

So if you didn't get the kill there it would of been Vlad that was banned.

There is no roleplay here this is just shoot and kill in an incident at that point even involve you... very very poor

I would like to point out upon banning i checked the DB and looked at your wanted level... 4 counts of cop killer and nothing else, now that could of been over the space of a few nights i dont know but it was just a small layer of icing on the cake i had already seen.

Please go and re-read the rules and think about your roleplay here on the server, I have issued a 24 hour cool-down and will unban you at this time tomorrow evening.

I usually follow the rules and i thought shooting at someone that shot at my friend wasn't rdm. Anyways i'll wait my cooldown.

I was going to let him off too, I don't mind someone picking up a hitch hiker, but something didnt seem right about how you drove towards me...

hell, you could of roleplayed your way out if you had stopped, but calling in gunmen because you broke a car... wow....

Yea i agree that looks quite alot like RDM, thing i only started shooting after the 3 other officers didnt comply with my commands, i killed thoose and then killed you because my friend we're having trubble killing you

 
thing is, if you didnt shoot first, you could have talked this out... no preservation of lives were thought about in these actions, what if I didn't carry a rubber ball gun?

you'd of died in the first instance instead of being knocked down, I wouldn't of had to go back behind that wall (which kept making my character stand up... more people could have died..... Where's the value in this?

 
I've already spoken to Neo, who I hope accepts the apologies on behalf of PLF. This shouldn't have happened and I feel these mistakes do nothing but tarnish what is often a good reputation.

Communication between us was a major floor here, it very almost happened again last night except I was the person killed when a member thought it was a good idea to shoot the tyres out of an SUV I was next too. 

I've spoken to YamieZ and Ashley and we have discussed what went on, from as simple as the fact that this could have been easily avoided by Ashley pulling over the moment he saw lights, paid the ticket or accept the bollocking and be on his way. YamieZ has been rightfully banned and we do appreciate the 24 hour ban in place. We've spoken to YamieZ and made entirely sure that he does not shoot unless ordered too when a clear role play scenario has been played out. Ideally, it wouldn't come to a shootout in the first place.

There is no excuse here and I'm very almost loss for words.

Just thought i'd give you a friendly reminder since i was told i would be unbanned after 24 hours and its been 3 days :D

Just sitting and listening to my teamates robbings banks and stuff is boring :D
