Unban request. (Unbanned: 27/09/2014)

Okay, so i got banned for "Attempted VDM, and RDM" apparently. So, in my report, some guys showed 2 videos of me "Breaking" the rules after there own opinion. In the 1st video, i didn't actually "RDM" since they followed me for 5 min and i had unproceeded cocain on me. I had to protect my self and my illegal stuff from other "Rebels". In the 2nd video, i didn't even realize that i drove into to them, cause i didn't even see them coming. And since a Police Officer told me to drop my weapon, i had to take action.

But that is not the point... I would like to get unbanned cause i think that it wasn't my own fault. I fully understand the rules and the RP. 

This isn't something i do/did everyday. This is the first time i have ever been reported, and banned. I apologize to those people who think i broke the rules. I wasn't meant to break the rules if i did.

its still weird that you got banned because 1. He didn't want to VDM because if he really wanted to VDM them he wouldn't had a Zafir or hatchback sport with him if u really want to try to explode a car then i would say use a SUV..... But no he didn't want to so still weird that he got banned.

Was surprised the report on you ended with a ban. Not deserved. But that is just my opinion. The last vid looked like a accident and you can clearly see the sports hatchback trying to avoid it.

I've been in this situation my self, granted never with a collision, but with a disabled vehicle and carrying a weapon I can't hide.. After rewatching the video a few times I could tell that the officer did tell you to surrender, now that might warrant that you shoot but I would advise words first next time, something like "F*** off pig! step closer and I shoot!" or something along those lines, you being behind the fence and all you did have time for that. It would be much trickier if you weren't behind a wall as the cop would initiate roleplay by tazing you and you can't really warn him then shoot before that happens.

Remember that you had a Zafir and they couldn't see you giving you all the advantage and plenty of room to roleplay before opening fire.

Don't think I'm trying to put words in your mouth but as I see it you had 4 options:

1. Warn them (tell them to back off)

2. Surrender (maybe your good at roleplaying out of hairy situations)

3. Run (Might work, if you can keep finding cover)

4. Shoot them when they follow SOP and tell you to drop the gun (as you know they will)

In my opinion you chose the worst and most boring option. This along with the crashing into them, it didn't make you look good did it?

Don't know if your interrested but personally I would have gone with 3 (if you are alone), as you didn't have a clear POV and was in no position to cover all angles you have to expect the threat to come from anywhere (they might have friends).

I made a mistake once in judging the threat from a CSO to be 0.. Never doing that again ^_^

4 is never an option with police as they should be good at RP and might actually take you as sincere when you tell them to freeze or die, creating some fun RP! (usually ends with death and destruction though)

Also remember that the human reaction time is <2 sec visually and <1 sec through audio, meaning if you warn someone give them at least 2 seconds to be sure, if they still aproach or you're about to be exposed it's safe to assume they mean to shoot you.

Only one problem is ...... Not every cop is good in Roleplaying i know SPC Brat is one of the best but you don't have better...

Unbanned, Thanks for posting and advising you have read the rules.... please keep roleplay your first priority when on the server.
