i already see the video... it wasn te me that shoot and kill the cop... 

i didnt know there is a bug of restrained, and when he said its agains the rules, i didnt do it again. but he cop die, but wasnt me..

yes.. it was always me  who is shooting  from the  otherside  of the  road  and  the  cops called  from glitching?

Only what i can see is u using a gltch to shoot a cop. And that's still a bannable offence.

And to the other guy. ill say this next time start a better roleplay. Because mesage the police that u gonna kill us is no roleplay. And shoot warning shot and the next one hits a officer is no roleplay.

we. but the cop dont suffer any damage of what you call "glitching".

you can listen the cop saying tha presidente couldnt do that, and he stop immediatly. 

after that the shoots come from outside, and they kill the cop... see the 00:40

porave, offcourse, you are a cop. you are defending your friend.

I was there and no, he did not shoot the police, the other guy from the street shot him, not Presidente.

I can see that yes, he used the gun while restrained but you should not ban him because of this.

Just because you died doesn't mean you should ban him.

You guys are banning people like crazy.

Also, if there is someone being arrested and a friend of him shows up to rescue him, what do you expect from him? talk saying: "hey officer, please don't arrest him, I'm here to help him. Oh you don't let me?! So allow me to shoot you."

come on, you have all the power in the game and we are not allowed to confront you?

Drop you egos and learn to be humble.

 
We don't want to see our group as a glitcher clan.. we play this game like for 2 weeks now.. we are still learning the hows and wheres of the game, we have read the rules but there are a few issues that we didn't know.. like the restraint glitch but now we are aware of it so we apologize for any misconduct of any member.

We want to play clean and we'll try to improve the RP.

 
As I've already stated - you abused a glitch in an attempt to kill an officer. You would have been successful however you were quickly subdued again. That does not make the rule anything less than breaking the rules.

 
Yah. I understand the rules. Sorry about the inconvient. I didnt know thats a bug. When cop told me to... i stop imidiatly

Ps: if you kill someone proporsly or not you kill. If you try proposly to kill and you cant. The law is attempt a murderes.

So sorry but is not the same thing.

Its a bug that cannot be fixed... welcome to arma 3 there are a few... exploiting that bug is bannable...

In terms of the person who said "you are banning people like crazy" ... Yes we are !!! why... because we are a serious roleplay community..

If the rules are broken then your gone ... people who get banned usually have never read the rules, the majority of people get unbanned and re-offend again but a small portion tend to read them and never break them again.

We have been a successful server and community for 9 months now, Maybe see the bigger picture and drop the know it all act until you know more about this community.
