As requested by Wilco I fixed the problem of my Arma crashing and now it's much more stable, several drivers were outdated causing the game to crash alot. I've  gone over the rules once again for good measure and hoping to get a second chance now that my game is stable.

Thanks for clearing it up, if it happens again go onto teamspeak and advise the person you was RP'ing with or in combat with to avoid reports and bans going forward.
