I've been banned because my old name was Tom, i changed it two days ago to avoid this happening... i'd really appreciate it if i can be unbanned.

I am 110% he is not a hacker.

Basically, I've been on the server for around two weeks now, i started out with the name Tom, (i was unaware how to change this).

I kept getting arrested because another guy called Tom was killing people, so i started to get a bit annoyed, then i was looking through the forums and saw someone had reported "Tom" for hacking, i then proceeded to post on this defending myself that it was not me, i then sought help on how to change my name, which i did to avoid anything like this happening, if i was hacking i wouldn't set up a business with some other members that enjoy RP, if i was hacking, i wouldn't just fly people around for fun, also, I'm sure there is a few people in game that could back me up.

At the end of the day, i understand it was stupid to have a common name, i fixed that, i'm new to RP so didn't really consider that a common name would be a bad idea,i really enjoy role playing on this server and have some great times, I'd be sad if i couldn't play again at the expense of a misunderstanding.

Putting my neck out on the line for this one, he's been pretty solid RP wise and is always a good chap in side chat. I wouldn't have thought he would be a hacker.

Agreed it appears to be a misunderstanding with names, was surprised when I jumped in his channel earlier today and heard him mention it...
