first of all i didnt use any kind of hack i just found a (blackfoot) in kavala i didnt spawn it 

i dont deny that i hit some people with me car but they were standing in the middle of the road 

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: because i really love this server and I learned from my mistake and ill never do that again please forgive me

VAC ban on record on that Steam account, less than a year old. Even if it is private, I think that speaks volumes. Once a cheater...

My personal view is that this is not the sort of person that plays well with others in a serious roleplay community. I will leave the final unban decision to other admins and @Wilco
