ok i was banned i understand why but i told the cops i hade to leave and they were just sitting by gun store camping after arresting me and would not take me to jail so i logged out what was i to do i told them i had to leave like 6 times and all they would do is stand there

How did you ask the officers? Did you speak to them or type in direct? Did you go back to the police when you logged back in to let them finish processing you?

i did not log back in for awhile i went out of town and i talk to the officers right there before i left so yes it would be direct chat all they did is say whatever
