PLEASE READ WHOLE APPEAL, I AM NOT ASKING FOR A SECOND CHANCE BUT FOR A RELOOK OF THE EVIDENCE. I DID NOT RDM, NOR DID I COMBAT LOG

Here's what I'd like to dispute. I was banned for RDMing, but there is no evidence against me. In the appeal () my friend (marijuana mary) shot the pilot, however I told him not to instructing him that he should wait for my rp, which he thought he did do. I have been banned before for combat logging and I did not like it, I love the server i would not do that. In the video you can see him get in and he dies shortly after. It's true I was right next to this person, but I was telling him not to shoot since he was a little further away at a vantage point, I was about to engage in rp with the fellow then he died. I did not kill anyone and so I do not see it fair for me to be punished for that.
Please give reasons as to why we should give you a final chance:
Well, I wouldn't consider this is a final chance but a mistake that I'd like to fix. Personally, I feel I have made a great contribution to the community we have and help make it something that is altis life. Something that makes people want to come on and play this game. I would not like that to stop, the evidence given in the appeal for my ban is not substantial to have me banned. I do not break rules, and do not intend to do so. I have been playing this game since christmas and there hasn't been a second I haven't enjoyed. Whether it be hostage exchanges, robberies, apple picking or cider farming, I love it. Please, understand the predicament I am in and take my word for it. You tell us not to lie in our appeals, and I have not lied, I have told the truth and nothing but the truth.
