Unban - Peterelite (Denied)

I'm going to keep this brief as I have already explained myself earlier but the ban was issued without actually reading through the thread (stated by admin in thread, not assumption)

Points of interest relating to my case :

- I offered compensation

- It was an accident

- The victim (John Kuplinsky) did not lose anything except some minor gear as his gun was picked up by his gang-mates

- The victim was recently banned on an unrelated issue
