I have got ban from that request: 

I have made  interaction with player James. I said that he needs to stop or I will shoot him and he just run away. So I had to start fire. I didnt start fire or robbing before warning. Please considere that in my unban request.

These basic forms of robbery are really poor for the guys who are involved. You never even told him to stop running before you killed him.

Post here that you have read our rules quoting here which rule you have broken and post your GUID for a last chance.

You can hear that when I am telling it while he was tapping something on keyboard from 0:19 in evidence video it begeins: "Dont move dont move stop or I will shoot". So how could I make any RP when he just run out after that words? Maybe the volume of record isnt to loud in game but I told him to stop.

I have read rules several times before I joined server and I have broken rule number 5. Correctly rule about RDM. 

RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.

I dont know how to get that GUID number but I think its that number 83286dadbd3698442a781e05deac97e9 and my nickname is Kuba91 player ID 76561198118436624

And I am also verry sorry if the player felt dissapointment of my roleplay I can be his slave in the altis life and earn that money back which he lost.
