That's an old unban request BEFORE the new Admin Panel therefor I can not unban this gentleman.

They have Issues joining the Website because of issues with their Internet Provider.

I had a long talk with him on TS and we talked about the reason he got banned. 

He said he understands the rules now and everything is fine and because I couldn't unban him I posted it here so Big Boss Wilco can do it!
