Unban failed (Unbanned 10/11/2014)

Hi,

I did request an unban two weeks ago and u accepted it one week ago. But the unban failed. I am still banned on to the servers. Could u please fix it?

It will help the admins if you post your unban acceptance thread here, plus your GUID which show when you log into a server
