Unban appeal

One of  my friends has been banned 1 year ago, for leaving the game in a combat situation.  He created a unban appeal but no one answered. For some reason, i think that the member staff that banned you has to unban you as well. In his case, that member staff is no longer a member staff, so i am not sure who is going to look at his request. The reason why i am writing this is because the request was made 24 hours ago and like i said , no one answered. I saw a post about someone having the same issue, but it lasted 4 months for him. I don;t want to wait 4 months for my friend to get a response.

Unban requests take however long they take as they are our lowest priority, 24 hours means nothing at all.  It'll get answered whenever someone gets to it, all of this was explained and he agreed that he'd read the terms to the unban when he submitted it.

There is no rule that the member that has banned youre friend, needs to unban him. just be aware there is no timeframe for unban appeals. and a Staff member will look into it when they have time. it is just now a bit of a waiting game.

They is no timeframe to your requests the staff Team will deal with it as soon as they can. Firstly they need to look into it your submission before they judge anything but before that it's the waiting game my friend. Also if your friend has been away that long tell him to read the rules again to refresh his memory

This is not for me as i said, but thank you all for answering. I just didn;t to be a problem with the staff or something. Like i said i saw a forum where someone waited 4 months and it was a problem from inside. Anyways i do understand that is not their first priority and i don;t rush them as it's not my account. I can play on the server.
