Unban appeal

My friend is banned but he didn't know then what he did wrong, he did a unban appeal but how long das it takes before he get a reply for his appeal?

Or maybe a admin with unban right or a high admin can talk with me about this?

There is almost no way to ask them a question in private!!

SO if somebody of AltislifeUK can help me? it will help us a lot!!

@Knikezel The thing is an unban appeal is the last thing on their to do list (because they try to teach your friend and other banned people a lesson/ and its not a priority), it can take 24 hrs (minimum) but some people wait a couple of days up to a month.

Tell your friend to be patient and to re-read the rules so he can not break them again if he gets unbanned. 

I thinkg the main reason it takes long is for the banned person to go on the forums and learn the community and especialy the rules. Because a lot of people read the rules after they get banned instead of before. Look at it as an terms of service agreement

@RomeoHe read all the rules now, and i did to.  but is was to late,

He did'nt get a second chance or something like that, we only played for 3 a 4 days on the server and didn't know that it was 100% rollplay so that is his fould..

But he didn't get a second chance and thats the reason for the unban and a message on the forum.

Are you an admin btw?

@Knikezel I'm not an admin just trying to explain what i learned here, you get a second chance after your first ban (if they decide to give it to you). You get the ban first and than the second chance. 

The main reason people dont read the rules is because most of the altis life server are (excuse my language) crap and dont uphold their rules. 
Here it's a different story. the server wouldnt be as good as it is if they didnt act directly against people who break them. 

Like i said tell your friend to be patient, his appeal wil be answered and he wil get a couple of questions so that the admins know that he wil not make the same mistake twice.
