In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe I was banned for giving will who is a baller comms on Hustlers during a gunfight which would be breaching the teaming rule. Not only does this give ballers an advantage but i am also exceeding the limitations of the 25 people who can be in an F6

Why should we unban you ?: I would like to start by thanking the Staff Team who took the time to educate me on the teaming rule and because of this I am confident in saying that this would not happen again.
I now know to take into consideration that things like giving comms, medical or any other support that would exceed the limitations of 25 people on the F6 would be breaching the Teaming rule. When ballers and Hustlers were fighting on Baller’s turf, I was in a Helicopter actively flying above a gunfight while texting will rather than removing myself from the situation and finding safety. Because of this I was banned and can only blame myself for not having a full understand that my actions are giving Ballers an unfair advantage on Hustlers
As I mentioned above, I was fortunate enough to have 3 staff members explain to me in detail how this rule can be broken and it is completely situational which is why it comes down to common sense which is understandable. I can only learn from my mistakes and take this as a lesson. If in any doubt in the future I will open a ticket and ask staff if I am unsure on what I am doing is in breach of a rule rather than continue on with the situation.

The teaming rule was made very well known recently, was you not originally familiar with this rule before speaking with the staff prior to your ban? 
I'm not too sure I fully understand your motive behind what you had done that night.

@DanooThank you for taking the time to read my appeal, 

Unfortunately, I had to make a ticket to clarify on the teaming rule so i could better understand the rule itself, as explained by staff this is not a rule that you can look up as it is more around context and common sense. I lacked the common sense that night and did not realise that my actions were classed as teaming as I previously thought that the teaming rule only applied if you are on another F6 or if you actively fight for another gang when not on the F6.

After speaking to staff I can fully understand where I went wrong and can only apologies for making it unfair on others, I can ensure you that this will not happen again and will take the correct steps to clarify what I am doing is within the rules.

But, I am pretty sure you are and were well aware of the Teaming rule given your history with other gangs. Being those of:

Hi @Liam Thank you for taking the time to read my appeal.

[SIZE=11pt]I was very aware of the Teaming Rule however I clearly misunderstood it as explained above, so I had to make a ticket to clarify. I can honestly say it is so frustrating to find myself back here again. My time at NSC and The Coalition would have been a bit different when hanging around as they were not actively in beef, so the hang around faze was much easier as I was able to help out with mining and so on, this in return showed my loyalty towards the gangs. But as a hang around with ballers they are mid beefing/in war. This makes it harder for me to show my loyalty with ballers while they are fighting. This is where I made the mistake of trying to help out when I should of left the area, I can only learn from my mistakes and ask if you can give me another chance to prove myself and show you that I can follow the rules which are in place to maintain balance.[/SIZE]

How am I to know that if you're given yet another chance on this server that we won't just end up straight back here on another ban?

Your record here in terms of rule breaking isn't the prettiest to say the least.

I'll give you it straight,

If you are caught breaking any sort of rule within 6 months, you'll be given a 6 month cooldown.

If you are caught breaking any sort of rule after the 6 months but still within a 12 month period, you'll be given a 3 month cooldown.

I will quickly recap them, and push for your unban. 
 

If you are caught breaking any sort of rule within 6 months, you'll be given a 6 month cooldown.

If you are caught breaking any sort of rule after the 6 months but still within a 12 month period, you'll be given a 3 month cooldown.

If you are banned within the next 6 months, the ban will automatically be permanent. 

Please, please go through even greater lengths not to end up being banned again, well, I don't need to explain what would happen given your restrictions.
