In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: This ban was from over 3-4 years ago, I think it was due to lack of RP that happened from what I've gathered from looking at my past unban appeals. But on this account it was Ban Evading because I used my second account by accident because I lost access to the other account and it was a year ago and I forgot I was originally banned

Why should we unban you ?: Its been 4 year, I've learned my lesson the hard way and wish you relive some of the best days I've had playing ;( I really enjoyed the server last time I was on it, but I was really really dumb but with age comes maturity and I've learned I just wish I could show you the new me.

So the original account that got banned I don’t have access to anymore since I changed phones and lost my Steam Guard also I’ve kinda forgot which account was my main, I’m just looking for this account to be unbanned so I can play again I don’t really care about the other one

Interesting read going through your previous bans. You seem to have caused a lot of trouble in the past. Providing Poor RP, Multiple VDM's and also being rather toxic to support / staff members. 

So that being said please quote me the rules that you broke and explain them in your own words.

Which rules are you after me to explain? Previous bans that are 4-5 years ago honestly I wouldn't remember I can barely remember what I did yesterday  

11/11/2016 Poor/Low Quality RP - This was a solo initiation from reading it where I didn't say " Stop the vehicle or I will shoot" I just said " Stop " Then shot and I'm guessing I killed him idk 

05/12/2016 Teamspeak and Ingame Banned - This was due to people in the lobby at the time I was in being toxic towards others aka Admins at the time, this wasn't actually my fault I was just in a cluster of people speaking and I was the one blamed I was also banned both on Teamspeak and Ingame for no reason 



14/12/2016 Poor RP - Genuinely don't have a recollection of this ban at the time from reading it, its just I killed cops. And again this just seems like a cluster with multiple lines of information that was either taken wrongly or seen wrongly. 

And this ban is for Ban Evading by Samatlewis 22/11/17 close to a year after the previous ban of Poor RP, which I will say I had multiple accounts at the time but not anymore since I lost my Steam Guard and can't gain access to any of them besides the account I use now. I understand that it seems like I had a really bad track record with the server being banned so often due to either doing Poor RP or being at the wrong place wrong time then being blamed for no reason, but it's been 4 years close to 5 and I would just like the opportunity to come back and right my wrongs by providing the RP experience your server expects mentally I have changed and back then I was a little jumped up idiot that was dumb and just wanted to Frag frag frag but now I couldn't care less for kills I just want a fun game to play with lots or RP.

I apologise for the rant and long winded reply but I just hope you give me the chance to play once more and to meet new people in the community.

Don't apologise, it's a good to see people give good responses.

So one of your bans involved toxic attitude to some admins. From what I have read. You (and your friends) decided to join JFS and complain about a potential RDM and continued to edit your video's to hide specific parts and then continued to provide shitty attitude to the admins.

So my question to you would be. If something happens to you in-game how will your approach the situation this time?

If something happens to me ingame, I would go straight to support channel wait there a bit explain my issue and see if we can resolve the situation. I’d provide the usual 10-20 minute video with time stamps (uncut). It’s best to have the support assistance just for a second opinion and advice on what’s the next steps.
