Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for a situation that happened earlier of Metagaming information that my friend was okay. What happened was a friend of mine went to Mara turf to meet some people about 10 mins or so before 2pm storm, we radioed to him to see what he was doing but he didnt reply so we drove down there to see if we could find him. We couldnt find him and it was close to storm so to save our cars poofing and having to retrieve them from the impound we drove to park our cars. On the way there i then comm'd to my other friends ''Hes fine no worries'' or something along those lines. Obviously i never KNEW for sure that he was but i took an educated guess that this particular friend would com everything back to us if something was about to go down AKA if he was getting grabbed etc. I also tried calling him to which his phone said Unavailable and to the best of my knowledge that means hes flew out or headpopped. I took a chance on thinking he was fine as it was so close to storm and i said it on radio, as more than likely he was fine. I was pulled by Drex to him accusing me of knowing he was okay, to which my reply was ''Its Wayne, he isnt stupid and would comm anything strange happening immediately''. I apologise to Drex and the other staff that will have to go through this appeal as i understand how much of a pain it is to sit there and go through the unban's. Thank you.
Why should we unban you: I believe i should be unbanned because i wholeheartly know that im telling the truth in this situation. I can understand why it would be percieved that i did but i just assumed and decided that was the decision i was going with and now ive been banned for it. Because it was so close to storm (1.55pm) i thought one way or another were going to find out. I understand how detremental metagaming is to the server and RP as a whole, and i can assure you i never metagamed in this situation. Metagaming creates an unfair advantage in situations and completely ruins the experience for everybody on the server. Ive never had anything of this nature against my name before, and i can only assure you it never happened, and would never happen.
I like to believe people who encounter me in the city have enjoyable experiences with me.
Since my last ban (which is completely unrelated to anything like this) I have given and recieved so many great RP experiences and built my characters story to where he is now. It would be a shame for me to lose all of the friendships ive created in the city based on an assumption ive made minutes before storm. Since ive been banned ive re-read through all the rules again to familiarise myself with them and i can only assure you i never broken any of them.
