Reason given for your ban: C2.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: There were multiple police officers shooting and tasing me, and I was not tased and i received no damage. The officers in question therefore presumed I was hacking, and OOC'd that I was hacking, when in fact I was not.

Why should we unban you ?: My PC is pretty low tier and since there was a lot of action in the area my textures were not loading and people were not loading in either. I was able to hear the officers but I could not see anyone so I was really confused. After the officer accused me of hacking, I OOC'd that nobody was loading in so I was going to take a nap and come back, then when I tried to reconnect I was banned.

to note: in my eyes, I could not hear/see the shooting/tasing hence why it was not affecting my character, also the police in question told me repeatedly to put my hands up, which I did, but they could not see it in their eyes. Also I tried to communicate to the police using in game chat and also through /me but it seems they could not see/hear any of my messages.

One thing that caused me to take damage was when one of the officers rammed me which put me to very low HP, where my character could be seen limping from the low HP (i didnt have god mode)

You don't happen to have any evidence to support your claim, do you? Because as it stands, the evidence we have is pretty damning and without any evidence from your side to support it, we won't be issuing an unban on you.

Can I please see the evidence which 'proves' I was hacking?
Also I wasn't recording because I, again, was so confused about the whole situation and the last thing I thought was going to happen was that I would be banned. (I also have clipping disabled on geforce for the few extra frames)

I can only say one thing and that is that I have no reason to hack. All of my friends play on this server and I was enjoying roleplaying with everyone. In the situation which lead to my ban I tried my best to talk to the police on scene and I offered to reconnect through OOC chat and come back where I would be arrested with everything fixed. (when I tried to reconnect I was already banned)
