Why should we unban you: Its been 6 months since I was banned and looking back it is clear to see why I was banned, I did lose complete touch with the server, my RP did just become straight up shooting all the time and I wont deny that at all, as much as I did genuinely try to RP as much as I could I just think overall I was getting fed up with the server as the player base was decreasing a lot, we were constantly at war and it did feel as though fighting was something we had to do as every gang wanted to fight us and I don't know why, I can assure you this for the 4 months I was in Alliance we did not start a single one of our wars, for example we had 2 wars with Cutlass 1 with Aztecas, 1 with Grove, 2 with Marabunta and 2 with Vagos, now yes in 4 months that is a lot of wars and I wont deny that on top of that I was also fighting police near enough every day, but I will have to say that does not reflect the RP of myself and my fellow Alliance members in the light that it should however that isn't something to discuss on my appeal as I was banned for RDM not for being on the Alliance F6 however I will answer any questions you guys have whether it be about my ban or Alliance in general, all I will say is I've been sat with a few Alliance members, Alan Fish being one and we were looking back and it is fair to see why we where getting the constant abuse from police and its because the RP did never go anywhere for example we never got arrested we would always end up shooting our way out of it and never allowing other avenues of RP which was very stupid of us as it never allowed other people to enjoy the RP as much as us and that's unfair on them as RP is meant to be fun for all at the end of the day.
Now I don't really think there is much I can say to have Staff "trust" me after what was said to me in my last appeal, however there are a few things I want to bring up about that last appeal, not once did I try and raid the discord, yes people went in there and made comments towards Staff however all I did was literally put 2 laughing emojis in there and found myself banned from it 30 seconds later and regarding the video that was made, me having someone make a YouTube video for me from an RP server that I have been on is something I can do if I want to and I think its quite rich for you to sit there and tell me basically I cant do that, when there are fucking god knows how many videos put up from individuals or groups displaying fragging clips so its a little weird for me to get called out for mine and also I wasn't trying to hide it from anyone and I wasn't bothered if Staff saw it or not as I didn't see anything wrong with it as I was just doing something that a lot of people have done.
Onto the RDM, I have been banned more times than I can even remember for RDM or shooting situations and yes that sounds bad and well is bad I like to look at it from a POV where its not me going around just shooting people to shoot them and ruin everyone's time it comes from the RP maybe not being deep enough to have warranted a shooting or like in this instant me not talking to the police officers enough as was stated to me in the ticket I made, me just being a too trigger happy is what has landed me in this position and I have no one else to blame other than myself, so I'm not here to point fingers and blame people its all happened on my accord.
All I can really say to the staff reading this is, as much as fragging is fun it gets boring and there are many better servers I can go to and do all of that stuff whereas RPUK if a good server to do everything else, mainly due to its big community which I think is something a lot of servers envy. And its definitely something that I thinks helps RPUK keep a good steady flow of players new and old continuing to return.
I have always been given chances on this server to return and eventually broke them and had to ask for another chance more than one time and I guess I'm here to do the same thing, obviously its not going to be as easy as that and I completely understand that, I broke rules and got banned nothing else to really say there, I'm not going to try and make it seem not as bad as it was. Now all I can really ask is, what can I do to show Staff that I can be trusted and that I am wanting to return to the server to actually RP and create new and unique RP experiences.
I hope the staff reading this understand where I'm coming from and that as much as it seemed that all I did was frag, I really did try to RP as often as I could and I hope another chance is available for me to have.
