In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: My brother who is underage was banned, therefore I got banned (on same IP), even though on your rules it says under "Adult Community", "It certainly doesn't mean you have to be over 18 to play here however you will find a lot of our members are. We respect the younger people and elders in our community and no discrimination will be tolerated." and "This is no place for racism, religious hatred, ageism, sexism, homophobia, gender or disability discrimination."

Why should we unban you ?: Because I have done nothing wrong and I was banned for reasons that are out of my control. My brother has been told that he won't get unbanned and that I need to make an appeal even though I did on the day I got banned and was told that they were not going to look at ban appeals until "whenever we feel like it".
In terms of giving "proof" I open to suggestions about how I could give proof to support the fact that I was banned for being underaged other than the ban notice when trying to join the server.

When the admin spoke to you in-game you stated that none of your brother lived with you, so why would you have the same IP as them?

Hi Robbie,

In game I was talking about my older brother (IGN: Ben Rigney, Forums Name: Rigney) he is older than me and the others and moved out a long time ago meaning that we don't have the same IP. I can prove it to you how ever you need, just name it, thank you for responding.

hi Robbie I was the older brother that was spoken to by an admin I did explain that i didn't live with max, tom, joe and they share the same address and IP joes ban is fair but the other two have been caught up in this if you need proof that they all have to the same IP I'm sure they could find a way that helps prove there case

You and your brothers are not of sufficient age to be playing the vanilla game due to its PEGI and ESRB ratings. We're a serious RP server for adults only and feature mature plot-lines and encounters that are unsuitable for minors. To protect minors, other roleplaying players, and ourselves, we do not allow players below the game-rating age for GTAV. Once it has come to our attention that someone is under-age, they will be removed from the server. Our decision in this matter is final.
