In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was told to re apply for ban appeal in one month and that time has come. In this time I have realised how much I actually enjoy playing on this server and the fun that comes along with it. I have also had time to think about whether to make the effort to get myself un banned unless I am am going to take it seriously, in which I have decided I am and not make silly mistakes. And I winge and complain about this situation because it was my fault because of the way I reacted.

As for why I was banned I can not remember the entire situation completely, but I do know why I was banned. It was because of the way I reacted to a situation I had never really been in before, but I now know that its all part of the role play experience. And the way I reacted to what happened was not good and it was dealt with immaturely. I used OOC because I guess it was the only way I guess to get my message across to the guy [who at the time I thought was out of line even though he wasn't] across. And I just blurted out some random insults that came to mind, I meant nothing by them and if they did offend anyone I apologise.

I guess at the end of this all I am really trying to say is after all this time I do still want to come back and have fun on the server again. Thank you to anyone who takes the time to ready this :].

Why should we unban you ?: I think I have learnt from this properly this time in realising you cant just call people names and abuse rules to your liking just to get at someone because you didn't like the situation. I also just want to be back in the server having fun again, as I am still in the discord which I'm still up to date on what's going on in the server, I also have a friend I speak to which regularly tells me about the fun he has on the server with his in game friends also which just doesn't feel great as I feel like I am missing out, to no fault other than my own tough may I say.

Insulting someone to bring a message across is bad in itself. The words that you used were homophobic on top of it... that´s a whole different level there, don´t you think?
Is this language that you use on a daily or why would you choose such words?

I know it is very bad, I guess I was extremely heated in what was a first time experience for me. And I kind of just went on to blurt out anything that came to mind, not really taking in the hurt of the words them self. In no way is this language I condone or use in my day to day life, this was a one off that will not happen again. 
 

And like I said before, I would like to apologise to anyone that these insults may have upset.

What lead to you being extremely heated in the situation, Help us understand. 

If this was a "One off" as you mention how can we be sure it won't happen again if it happens when you get heated or annoyed ect?

I guess it was in part just because of the way the guy acted towards me, he was quite rude for no apparent reason, but I am not blaming the guy by no means because it is my own actions that got me here. 
 

And yes, it was just a one off. Because I feel like I have definitely learnt from my time away from the server, and I know different people have their own ways of doing roleplay now, and I guess that was just that guys style and you have to deal with it. 
 

And if a situation becomes annoying or heated the only thing I can do is keep myself out of trouble to not be in this situation again, no matter what others are doing.

Can you please quote the rules you have been banned for and explain in your own words why you believe we have such rules in place?

Lets say you get into a situation where someone is trying to get a reaction out of you, Might be trying to get you angry ect how would you deal with it? You mentioned you will just 'deal with it' However help us understand how you will do this.

Hello,

The first one is C1.2, which is being discriminative towards another person, this could be by being homophobic, racist, sexist etc. 

Secondly is C1.3, Which is OOC abuse, this happens when someone is using the OOC to get at someone by being rude and insulting towards someone. 

Now if someone was to be trying to get a reaction out of me or just being rude and I don’t like it, best I can do is take it on the chin and keep myself cool and out of trouble or simply just ignore the pettiness.

Given the time since the ban and effort you made within both appeals I'm going to go out on a whim and offer you another chance to prove yourself. The rules are serious and players do need to follow them, More so the discrimination rule. This isn't something we should be doing just as a human decency. Now we can't know for sure what happened to you in this situation but I'm sure you can agree the way you handled this situation was poor at best.

You know what the ooc chat is there for as mentioned in your last appeal, So we hope not to see a repeat of what got you here this time. Please don't let me down with this chance and I hope not to see you back in this section moving forward. Just for reference when you do come back on you will be downed since you we're prior to the ban being given, It's up to yourself if you do wait for the NHS or someone to come help you however if you do you would still need to roleplay the injuries you sustained so in this case was a gunshot wound.
