Reason given for your ban: G2.9

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Its been a while but I'm sure it was due to me making a new account to "reset" my characters background/story, and then transferring my belongings to that new account.

Why should we unban you ?: Its been almost exactly one year since ive been banned, I totally understand the rule now, and well its a new year and I would like to start it off with doing things I enjoy, and I do remember enjoying my time on this server. This was my only altercation I have never had any warnings or talking's to prior, I simply made a mistake which I take full responsibility for. thanks for your time and I am eager for your response :)

Let me at least tell you, it is your fault you got banned. Just because you've made an appeal and apologized once does not mean we're going to unban you that instant.
The whole point of the appeal process is for us to understand why you've broken said rule, what's changed and how you're sure it won't happen again. Obviously there could be numerous amounts of questions on this depending on the effort put into the appeal to begin with.

In this specific appeal, the effort is minimal which leads me to ask questions that you could've already typed the answer to in the original post.
As for what you've stated from Sammy "This specific rule break comes with a permanent ban and a full character wipe by default for everyone" is correct. However, there can be some staff discretion used depending on the context of each individual appeal and the amount of items/cash transferred. (For example I've not gone ahead with full wipes for someone that's transferred a few smoothies before as it wasn't necessary) 

Please could you explain for me what you've done wrong to break rule G2.9 and why you'd done it? 

 
ok, I did expect you to see my previous appeal as I remember making one and this server gives me very professional vibes, (one reason I want to come back), ok Imma lay it all out, I got banned for rule G2.9, which to my belief is transferring items between characters, I assumed I got picked up on this as people can use this method to make some money from the starting cash you get, but regardless of what I assume, I understand a rules a rule, and it was broken, hence my ban, what I did wrong was transferring my items every time I made a new account, I didn't ever make money from this as I used to pay the transfer fees etc, also my bank account at the time was substantial enough that the starting money wasn't really worth a huge ton to me, to answer "why you'd done it", is simply I wanted to move my character in a different direction, I wasn't happy with the way "x" character was progressing in his storyline, but to not lose my materialistic items, I moved my items to my new character, I would delete my previous character and always put 100% focus into my new one at the time, I was trying to be respectful last time and felt offended when my sincerity was understood as being "deflective" and I hope it doesn't sound like I'm being disrespectful now, please that is not my intention at all, I understand messages can be perceived differently when reading it in your own head, thats why I offered to join a VOIP, so my thoughts could be translated more accurately, I hope this answers your questions, and I hope I haven't come across as rude or disrespectful. PS I have just typed all this in one go and might of rambled on a bit 😄 if I dont make sense at any point please just point it out to me and ill try explain more clearly.

Good morning @xBigGaffax, thanks for your detailed response! It certainly helps this appeal along.

As much as I understand your reasoning for breaking this rule... Did you not for a moment think that it wasn't an intended feature of the game?
Even for things such as character separation, why would it be allowed for you to begin transferring items between them, even if you've not properly read over the rules.

Your completely right, instead of going out and just doing it, at the very least I probably should of asked staff in a ticket if it was permissible for me to do a transfer giving x reason, it was a careless act, I worked so hard to make what I could of my character both materialistically and my integration in the city that I should of taken more care and due diligence before doing what I did, all I can offer is my sincere apology and make sure I think twice, thrice before any action that can be considered a rule break moving forward.

As you are aware, bans of this nature come with some conditions. Usually this would be a full character wipe on one of your choosing and deletion of all other characters.
Currently you only have one character being Adam Ali, as per this unban, the conditions will be that Adam Ali receives a full character wipe (Bank, Cash, Vehicles, Houses, Inventory, Stashes, Licences etc).

Do you agree to these conditions? 

 
I appreciate you offering me the chance to be unbanned, I hope this isnt seen as me being cheeky but I now work 5 days a week and also go university, Im not as available as I used to be, all that I had on my account was a lot of time for me, I fear I wont have time to RP as my limited time will be spent on making money, is there any other option I have available in order to keep my cash at the very least and wipe everything else, maybe help out with some community work or if you remove x amount.

Unfortunately these conditions are non-negotiable. I would hope you'd be more enthusiastic about returning to the server as a whole and having an opportunity here again rather than focusing on your money.
If you do not accept these conditions, we will not be able to proceed with your appeal.

I've had a look at your record overall and am aware this is currently the only ban you hold on record, I hope that it also remains this way!
The wipe has been completed, and you'll now be able to log in again. 
Please read back over the server rules before joining to ensure we do not end up back here again for such an avoidable mistake!

Any ban you receive within the next 6 months will be a permanent as per the FBS. Please don't waste the chance!
