Reason given for your ban: im not sure why i got banned i have only played on server once like maybe one yeqar ago

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i think maybe got banned cause my headset was not working and i told my friend to tell the guys holding us up that i was having mic trouble and possible i maybe reset my pc to try fix issue with my mic

Why should we unban you ?: cause i made an honest mistake while trying to sort out my headset not working by rebooting my pc and my friend was relaying this to guys in game while they took us hostage i listen during the whole thing just couldnt talk back due to my headset playing up

also i can't get my steam id for ref my name on steam is werwin1994

im not to sure why i was banned tbh im really confused by this only came on tonight with a friend while of work for holidays and seen i was banned
