To who whoever takes this appeal, thank you for taking the time to read my appeal.
I hope you are well.
I wont repeat what was said in my previous appeal, I am going to add.
I have taken the time off RPUK to think about my actions and the consequences they have had on the server, staff and the community.
I want to make it very clear that I apologise and regret what I did deeply.
I understand that what I did is wrong and classed as an "Exploit" and ruins RP for others within the city. After I picked up the cash I carried on my RP as normal and went to AE and put it in my account, it was then I realised the cash I had came from the other character on my PC.

I fully acknowledge I broke a serious rule and I am not going to pretend I did not.
Why should we unban you: I believe I deserve a position back in the city as I want to prove to everyone Im not the type of person to break rules and cause a detroment to everyone. I know I should've always been aware on what im doing and the actions I should enforce to make RP not just great for me but for everyone. After a solid 6 weeks in the city Carlos has grown so much within his character and has met some amazing people along the way and formed endless memories, for me to do something so stupid to potentially end it all upsets me. I am disgusted in myself for breaking rules. I know If I get unbanned I wont break another rule again. I wont even such get a warning.
I know what I did was very wrong, I also know that it may be hard to trust me again after what I did.
I can assure you that I will give you all my trust and word to assure you that my discraceful actions will never be repeated.
What I did was selfish and careless, it was in a moment of stupidness and lack of common sense I did what I did.
The rules have been read many times and I am now more aware then I ever was to any rule within in the city and the forums.

I am willing to take sacrifices for my position within the city back. Whether that's a wipe of my belongings or the need to make a new character.

I understand that you staff are volunteers and have no jurisdiction to do anything.
I will appreciate taking you taking your time to review my appeal and hopefully you can understand my side of this and hopefully we can make amends.

I do disagree here and both times that you have gone ahead and broken rules they have been rules that could potentially be economy breaking.

I would say that it's very clearly not an intended feature of the game to be transferring items between characters else everyone would be doing it and also we'd have loads of millionaires within a few hours.
You were banned on 03/08/24 because you lied about losing £550,000 to a hacker and when it was checked out by staff who wasted there time it proved to be false.
You're then banned on 20/08/24 because you've exploited the game mechanics and transferred money between characters, I think this shows what your purpose here is as both incidents now have been money driven.

Unfortunately, I'm not willing to take the risk of having you back here just yet.
