Why do you think you were banned: I have been banned for the following reasons:
(C1.10) Trolling
The following examples are considered trolling however there are multiple others so we advise common sense. Running around the police/medics/anyone, throwing yourself in front of vehicles, playing music in any chat or on teamspeak, bombarding the messaging system, buying multiple vehicles to block spawn areas or using them to blow things up, jumping off buildings without RP, talking/playing music in the character selection screen.
(G3.1) OOC Information
Using out of character information to influence the course of roleplay is considered metagaming and punishable by a ban. This includes but is not limited to: Twitch Streams, forum information and Steam messages.

Why should we unban you: Although my ban normally comes with a month cooldown, I have just tried logging onto the server and I have been banned. Personally, I am not sure how I have been banned since I started playing the server late October, not August when the ban date states, so it is impossible for me to have done something 2 months prior, receive a permanent ban and keep playing without appealing.
If possible, I would like more details on my ban (maybe the ban date is wrong) and the reasons as to why I was banned for (C1.10) and (G3.1).
