In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I think I was banned for RDM because I stabbed a guy;

Please consider this in RP:

My friend had just punched up a guy for snitching on a friend of ours so I additonally joined in to stab him as he was grassing on a friend of ours - after this guy had been dropped a bloke pulls up on a bike beside a taxi and me and my friends here a camera 'clicking' noise, (the noise that your phone makes when you take a picture), so I run up to the guy on the bike and kicked him off, I continued to stab him as in my characters brain he's not going to leave it to chance; the guy is literally taking photo evidence, which is incriminating evidence -- so I stabbed him, I don't believe it was 'Random'. Julio had more than valid reason IC to warrant stabbing a witness of his previous crime, being a seasoned criminal he knows better than to not leave witnesses at a scene to take pictures of what's just gone on,

After the guy second guy got stabbed the man in the taxi said to us:

"I was the one that took the pictures!" -- And me and my friends were chasing this man in the Taxi when I got banned;

It wasn't RDM - my character genuinely believed the bloke on the motorcycle took a picture of the murder scene Julio and his friends had left behind with them in it.

I do apologize if the guy on the motorcycle wasn't the one that took the picture but how was Julio to know?? There's no way he'd trust word of mouth, I'm pretty sure none of us would, but aye - I do apologize.

Why should we unban you ?: I wasn't randmomly killing the guy - as I've explained in the textbox above, I genuinely did believe I had valid reason to stab him,

It wasn't a random "knife" attack or anything like that, like I explained; Julio thought the guy was literally taking photographic evidence, I wouldn't RDM someone - I'm an avid RPer, I was thinking of it in terms of IC... leaving witnesses at a murder scene especially after he's just taken photo evidence is just not the way to go,

I hope you can understand - once again, apologies.

Hello Welshy.

You were not too long ago pulled aside for combat logging, a situation that normally results in a permanent ban.
- A chance to prove that you were able to play by the rules were kindly given to you then, with the conditions to not break any more rules.

The situation that resulted in your ban, while I understand your reasoning, was nowhere near 'sufficient' in terms of RP provided. Mainly because there was none. 
You kicked a random person off his bike and stabbed him, although he had done nothing - nor was he involved in the situation. 
You provided zero role play, even though the opportunity was there to do so, as of such - the ban will remain on record.

I see the ban was initially placed as a permanent ban, this was done in error, as the ban is supposed to be 24h.
This has been edited and is now in effect. - Unfortunately, timed bans cannot be appealed however, meaning this topic will be closed.
