Why do you think you were banned: I was banned because of my anger and ego while logging out when being caught and arrested by an officer and by quitting was thinking i wouldnt be caught
Why should we unban you: Let me begin by saying i am sorry for logging out when being nicked by the coppers, ill be completely honest and say i really didnt wanna go jail and me not being caught and logging out was the answer unbeknowing to me i was actually recorded and banned until i tried logging on recently and seen a big sign sayin permenant ban, believe me i feel so shitty having to type this out because of my absolute stupidity and havin to beg to be let back in which i know i probably wont cause i broke a massive rule which again i am very sorry for, i was looking through other forums and seen people making excuses as to why they broke rules but you wont get an excuse from me, i simply did what i did because i got caught and was angry. i know now how wrong that is for 2 reasons 1 is because you dont break rules 2 is because you dont know what you have lost until its gone and i really miss this server, i did log on to other servers but these are pants compared to this beast of a server, jack nugent was meant to be a really good truck driver minding his own business and building a life within RPUK and how he misses them long drives out dropping cargo and vehicles off for happy customers, i totally respect any decision made by yourselves and hope that i be given a second chance to make a difference in the server i have a few things in mind, but again i am very sorry to all tye players, the arresting officer, and admin and staff for the damage ive caused and believe me would not happen again. I first ever logged on the server back in 21 but went on a long long break and logged in every now and again through last years but ive been very acrive this past week and really do want to come back and prove im not a dick. I would welcome a complete wipe of my character as a punishment to be let back but would also be happy to carry on with jack and make a difference as i worked so hard on truckijg and really dont want to lose the license and continue making customers happy by delivering there goods, on threads you all ask for honesty and integrity and you have recieved that from me and i hope this is enough to hopefully make you give me the second and final chance to make ammends. Thank you for letting me speak and owning up to what i did. Hope to hear back soon, hope you all had a great weekend. Again one last time i am truly sorry for what i did everyone. Plus its also been a few months now since i was banned ive become a better roleplayer by being on other servers but i do miss RPUK and hope you let me back in. I did copy and paste from the last appeal as i only just checked now and seen my appeal was closed due to the timer and im currently on holiday in spain so i do apologise about that and hope we can continue the appeal process from where we last left off.

I hope we are well today, and enjoying your holiday in Spain!

Whilst I appreciate the effort and sincerity you've put into the appeal, I do have a few questions.

You let your temper get the better of you, and did indeed ruin the RP for those officers involved. How can we be so sure that this won't happen again? What if your frustration gets the better of you?

You claim you 'broke a massive rule' - Can you tell me which rule you broke, and why we have this rule, in your own words?

I Was arrested and i had items in my inventory that would of been classed as illegal and would of been taken off me by the officers so i logged off to keep them and then i logged on about 4 minutes later to check if he had gone he hadnt so then i logged off the night. You have this rule in place to protect the roleplay scenarios and the players involved and combat logging ruins the fun for everyone. And like in my previous appeal that was closed i stated how i wouldnt let this happen again. I have been a frequent player of CMG lately and learning my lesson from being banned in RPUK has helped me grow as a better roleplayer all round and following through with the scenarios i create or others create. Personally i would not go through all this effort just to do it again it would be a waste of my time and your time. That is why i wont do it again i dont want to be banned again.

Yes, you state this - but in the event that your temper gets the better of you - again I ask - how can we be so sure you won't do what led you to this section of the forums, again?

You've detailed your own improvement here, can you give me an example of a scenario you've been in?


If you WERE to be unbanned, what plans would you have for a character in RPUK?

You cant be sure you van only take my word for it i can say anything and everything to persuade you i wont do it again but actions speaks more than words you wpuld have to take my word for it that i wont do it again like i said im not going through all this effort and appeal for 2 weeks to just get banned again. If my anger did get the better of me and i combat logged again its a ban that i wont be able to appeal ever again and i dont want to be in that situation i want to show you im worth the unban.

To your second question im a high ranking member of a gang on CMG and we roleplayed a gang shootout and i was killed and lost my WL Nato cost me 900kin game money but luckily one of my gang brothers saved it and obv we won the gang shoot out was really fun. Another scenario was i was kidnapped by a rival gang and i never combat logged i went through the whole scenario and we got our revenge haha was a fun one too.

If i was unbanned i would try continue with my trucking build some cash up then potentially in the future join PD or ambulance service with building money and hours up on RPUK

Looking at your very clean record and this appeal, I am willing to give you another chance.

However, this chance comes with certain conditions - Any ban within the next 6 months will be permanent again and if you get banned for combat logging within those 6 months again, you will automatically receive a 3 month cooldown.

Do not waste this chance and make sure to keep your temper in check.
