Why do you think you were banned: Throughout the early hours of this morning, the gang that i am part of (NSC) we're at war with grove street, which had officially started at 12am, following the agreement through the discord. The war/fight lasted a few hours, where nsc tried storming the grove safehouse. As i was carrying one of our knocked members, i was shot in the back. I then laid dead on the floor, for approximately 15 minutes, before going into qe with grove, as they had broke some of the rules earlier in the war that we're agreed in the discord ticket of official rules of the war (having to be in colours to be able to KOS) After coming to an agreement with them, that they're leader did not tell them the rules, and they did not know the circumstances agreed in the war, we all agreed to leave it at that (both NSC and Grove members), and call it a night, as this was getting to around 4/5am in the morning. I checked my surroundings, and not a single person in sight (grove or nsc member), which is then when i had flew out, being nackered as the fight had gone on longer than expected, as well as having the discussion in qe. Then when i tried logging back on today, is when the ban popped up.
Why should we unban you: I always roleplay every scenario fairly, and with good rp (e.g panicking, cutting people's fingers off etc), and have done ever since i joined the city a while ago. I would never 'combat log' to give an unfair advantage to either sides in the scenario/conflict, and on this occasion, the only reason i had logged out, was as it was quite a long time after the incident had taken place, we had gone to qe about the whole fight, there was not a single person in sight around me, and i was genuinely nackered, and wanted to go to sleep, and had thought a reasonable amount of time had passed to be able to log off, as well as the reasons i just stated. I would never log off straight away because i am tried, hence why I had given it time, and had thought after the discussion in qe with grove, we was all calling it a night, after all of our members flew out, and i checked all around my surroundings, with not a single grove/nsc member around me.
