There isn't much to this appeal is there, To be blunt, If you aren't going to make any effort within the appeal we won't entertain it. Whilst yes you we're banned for the two rules you stated you we're also reported on the forums that was added to the current ban you are serving. I'll link the report below for you to have a look over as you will need to answer for this also. 

As mentioned above there isn't any effort made within the appeal so I will be going ahead and denying this, However I would suggest you take the time to read our GTA and Community rules prior to making a new appeal so you have a better understanding of one the rules, and two the reason behind your ban. Upon making a new appeal if you are serious about trying to receive another opportunity to return you will need to make more of an effort in the appeal. Link to the player report will be below.
