In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: For Random Death Match and Continuing to roleplay subjects of a sensitive nature after being requested to stop by another player.

Why should we unban you ?: To be honest, it happened so long ago. It's been 2 or 3 years since I was banned on this server. I remember me and my friends just having a laugh doing anything but now when I've atcually played other roleplay servers, I've started to play seriously. I've obviously have grown. I've played different roleplay servers, gained experience and I think everyone should be given second change. If given the opportunity, I will actively contribute to the server's community in a positive manner.

So you decided to RDM a person, why? As i said that was about 2-3 years ago. I don't remember why I did it.

In the time off that you had from the server, what changed? Well a lot. I played different RP servers. I liked them but I wanted to try a different city. 
Why appeal the ban now? Because I'm looking for a new city to play on and this one looked good. 
How have you matured? Oh yes. It's been 3 years. In that time I've played different servers for hundreds of hours. 
What was the best roleplay situation you've been apart of? Oh one out of all of them? I want to keep it short so I don't waste your time. So I had a story line with a dude from eastern europe. We first met in burger shot. We connected because we are from burger shot. So after like 2-3 months of just talking and stuff he offered me a job, to work for him. I of course agreed because he was a cool dude and I liked him. I started working for him, we started doing more stuff together. One time me, him and couple of friends decided to steal every persons car in the city and gather it in a parking lot and sell them back to them. Of course not a crazy price but just for RP . Cops tried to come in but we blocked off the entrance with cars. They decided to ram in and a car set on fire. From the first explosion a chain of explosions started for a min straight. There was about 100 cars there and more then a half exploded. It's just one of the RP scenes I've done with him. 
What are your plans for your character *IF* you return? Brink a BMX racing scene to this city.

After having a look over everything and your record I can see that this was a ban from a long time ago, almost 3 years at this point. I hope that you've matured a bit since then (and by your response, it seems you have). Quite frankly I wouldn't remember the exact details of what happened 3 years ago either. Plus, after chatting with my lovely staff colleague mike who you replied to, it seems it's not even sensitive RP that was the issue, but rather our rule against extended OOC interactions, a far milder rule to break.

Taking all of the above in to account, I don't see much reason to keep you banned, I'd rather give you the chance here.
