Reason given for your ban: Speak to Senior Staff / Development @ts roleplay.co.uk

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned as because I was aware of someone breaking the rules and did not inform the server moderators about it.

Why should we unban you ?: I'd like to be unbanned because I believe I've learned my lesson since the incident, moving forward if I get the chance to return to the server, I'll uphold my duty to inform the authorities about whatever server rules I see get broken no matter who it is breaking them. Furthermore, I've spend many more hours on five m refining my roleplay quality and range, meaning I'll return to the server more mature and completely different to how I left back in April of 2021.

Please tell me what has changed between now and the day that you were talked to on teamspeak and showed little regard for our rules or a decent attitude for that matter. 

 
Sorry for the late reply, I've been rather busy irl over this half term and LFW.

In the time since my departure from the server, I've grown as a person, corny as it may sound I underwent a person journey, letting me let get rid of many childish habits I had such as my opposition to authority and not getting my way. At the time of the incident, rather than admit I had done something wrong which would obviously result in a punishment, something which I didn't want to face, I instead tried to play it on technicalities, in the hope that whoever was judging the matter would dismiss the case since "technically he didn't break the rules". Well that was yet another mistake, and waste of time for those who had to handle the matter. To them, I do apologise, as I was purely thinking about what I could say and how I could act to quickly brush the whole incident under the rug without serious consciences or any admission of wrong doing. Looking back on it now, this was a well needed punishment as it showed me the importance of just saying the truth even if it doesn't get you what you want.

As for change, I've began roleplaying less violent, and action orientated characters such as car salesmen, shop assistants, mechanics and more. This new found passion brings out some of the most enjoyable and funny RP, when you're not waiting at least. This adds a extra layer to the roleplay skills at my disposal and my value as a server member. This has shown me that it doesn't always need to be about gang/criminal RP involving shootouts for it to be enjoyable. 

I'd like to also apologise to @Charles Vanefor an angry rant I sent him on discord right after my sloppy attempt for unban appeal was declined by him. 

 
I see this unban appeal as an opportunity to make amends and make right all the wrong I have done both on the server and on its peripherals

Since you claim to have changed, answer me this please. What exactly was your involvement in said situation? What would you do if you found yourself in a similar situation? Why do you think it is so important that these rules are in place?

Also, an unban would come with a character wipe, possibly even the deletion of all but one character. Are you serious enough about roleplaying here to accept that?

 
What exactly was your involvement in said situation? :

I was the "lookout" on the raids of the station. My duty was to keep an eye out and I was rewarded with free equipment for helping, maybe a taser or a pistol after the looting. This eventually changed once the storage limit was reached in his apartment so he started storing things in my house.

If I became aware of people around me Involved in breaking the rules in such a way, I'd without a doubt denounce what their doing and distance myself from them then  inform server staff about what I had observed as to not be involved in a repeat of last year's incident or any breaking the rules for that matter.

Also, an unban would come with a character wipe, possibly even the deletion of all but one character. Are you serious enough about roleplaying here to accept that? :

It sounds fair, I accept the consequences of my actions. My Grove Street character is in jail forever, there's not much to do with that one anyways.

 
It's been a lengthy amount of time since your ban and poor attitude and given what you've written here I am inclined to give you another chance, albeit a final one if you show any more of that poor attitude / rule breaking in future. 

With this said, as Sam said we'll be deleting 3/4 of your characters and wiping the one you wish to keep. 

Below are a list of your characters; please let us know which one you want to keep and start fresh on?
