In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Hello again, hope you are having a good day.
First off, I'd like to stress that returning to the forums to apologies for my behavior isn't at all a good idea. The second thing I want to do is thank you for reading my appeal.
For the C1.6 community ban I was very surprised to see this when trying to browse the forums. And if a staff member can help me out with the reasoning behind this it would be greatly appreciated.
I also want to emphasis how difficult this scenario is to settle. Attempts were made to do so through teamspeak, but because I was subject to the fair ban system, there was no other course of action, which I eventually accepted.
Why should we unban you ?: The scenario in question is the rule break G3.4 (OOC Tweets). Me and a few other friends were out robbing a couple members from Marabunta, this ended up with 2 of my friends being kidnapped and me following them to take a couple photos and video the situation. I had successfully taken the pictures without being caught, up until the point a biker was following me from mara. We then had a biker duel and I came out on top. With me believing we had a little fun fighting on the bike and roleplaying I decided to drop him at Sandy hospital, at this point I was caught by his fellow gang members on route to the hospital and I was G checked and they found out who I was and that I was part of the group from before and then killed me off. After re spawning and with the situation being dealt with I thought it would be okay to post the pictures from the situation which happened much before. I only posted these because I thought it wouldn't be breaching the NLR rule but this was discussed later in teamspeak with Isak from mara and a staff member and I learnt the rule G3.4 and what it actually is and how it came into this situation.
I regret my decisions a great deal. I am aware of the fact that breaking the rules was the wrong thing to do, and I totally agree. I take the consequences of violating the server's rules very seriously. I would adore providing the RPUK community with the high caliber roleplay that I previously provided and that everyone may take pleasure in.
I must admit that having to show up here at the times I have is not good at all, and I genuinely apologize for any offence my behavior may have caused. I've had time to think about my behavior while I've been away from the server. Writing another appeal for yet again another rule break is genuinely embarrassing and frustrating. I fully understand what happened and I was completely wrong. All I can do now is make sure that, should you ever consider lifting my suspension, I can guarantee that nothing similar will ever happen again. I genuinely like playing on RPUK, and by doing what I did, I jeopardized my ability to do so.
If I was ever to be given the golden chance to return to RPUK I can assure you and myself that the time I would give to the server would be used more wisely. There is nothing else I can provide to the staff team and the community.
