In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned after a TS call with staff about a certain video.
Why should we unban you ?: Hello Staff,
First things first, I know my first appeal got instantly denied and was told to appeal I believe some time in March but I have recently found out some things and I think the only way for me to get unbanned is to put up this appeal and put everything out there as I don't see any other way of doing it.
Now, in the last appeal I told you all that what I said in that TeamSpeak call was true which from MY side, it still is the complete truth. However, Kina has finally admitted to myself and tried to open a ticket through someone else with staff to come out with the truth. He was in fact streaming but not in the call that I was in, he had opened up the discord web page up and was sat in a call with me and on the app I presume, with Ron. He did in fact stream the call on TS to Ron but again, I was not aware of this at all hence why when asked I said no one is streaming we are literally both sat in the same VC deafened. Like I said this was true from my side as I had no way of knowing that he was streaming.
Kina has told me this and opened up to staff about it as he knows how much I want to get back on the server and have been unfairly 1.6 because of his wrong-doings. I understand unban appeals are supposed to be a place where you reflect and figure out ways to improve or "fix" -of some sort- your wrong doings and try to get unbanned but that being said I genuinely have not done anything to warrant this type of ban that I'm holding.
I also wanted to touch on the fact that on the public chat in the Apostles discord I was asked about how a certain discord server was nowadays, I think staff know what discord server I'm about, I just want to state that I was NEVER part of that discord nor did I ever get invited to it. Yes, I knew about it but I never asked to join or to see what was going on inside that discord.
I don't believe I should even have to say this but I will say it just in case, I DID NOT take any part in the video that was made and had no idea what the video would consist of as I had not been a part of 229 for the past 3 months before this all went down. Like I said previously I spent most of my time either in Apostles discord or in a completely unrelated discord to RPUK. To this day I still sit in the Apostles discord and talk in the text channels that staff members can see and I have not said anything out of spite to any staff members aside from the initial annoyance I had when I first got banned and expressed how unfair it was.
I hope whichever staff member reads this can understand and take this appeal into consideration.
