Reason given for your ban: G1.2 , C1.6
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned on 24/01/2023 whilst roleplaying on my criminal character for G1.2 - Random Death Match & C1.6 - Community Ban. I made a stupid and irrational decision which led to me running into MRPD with an SMG and opening fire on everyone in sight. To be completely honest, I genuinely didn't think of the consequences and now looking back at it - I really don't know what was going through my head at the time, how I didn't think of the repercussions. I had not given any prior roleplay to the officers inside of MRPS and shot them without any interactions, which was a clear breach of the G1.2 - Random Death Match rule. When I opened fire within the police station, it wasn't just one officer who I broke character with, it was multiple leading me to get banned for mass random death match. I believe the C1.6 rule break was due to the video titled Goodbye RPUK. It was my video however it wasn't my intention for it to be passed around and posted all over the groups discord and others similar. In no way did I want it to be a form of promoting Mass RDM or rule breaks in any way, shape or form. I shouldn't of acted impulsively, but due to the circumstances in my life outside of this community, this genuinely was going to be a goodbye to the community. Happy to talk about these circumstances in private.
Why should we unban you ?: The rules I broke are serious in terms of roleplay and before I begin, I just want to say that at the time of the incident, I wasn't in the right frame of mind - thus leading me to act the way I did. I am genuinely sorry for my actions and for those who I may have upset, ruining their roleplaying experience.
I would always keep my roleplay to a high standard within the server making sure that myself and any other parties involved had a fun and enjoyable experience, also maintaining a good server image. Before my momentary lapse of judgement, breaking character and server rules which lead up to me getting banned, I would strive to provide the highest standard of roleplay regardless of any given situation and speaking to people outside of the server whilst I have been banned, it has really put into perspective how much I impacted peoples experience with the roleplay I have provided over my time in the server. I came to the realization that regardless of what I had going on in my life, there was always a time and place for the RPUK community.
I understand why the rule is in place. Random deathmatch is where a member of the community decides to maliciously kill, assault or cause harm to another player without a sufficient excuse or prior roleplay leading up to the act.
I have had previous incidents in the past, which have led to me getting in trouble with staff but I endeavour to learn from my mistakes, never repeating said mistakes and if you grant me another chance, this will not happen again. I have no intention of ever abusing server rules and I aim to make other peoples experience on the server enjoyable, whilst being a positive and respectful member of the community.
