Why do you think you were banned: I opened a ticket after I was auto-banned? and I was told that the server's anticheat flagged me for something.
Why should we unban you: I believe the anti-cheat triggered a false ban, In the moments before I was banned we were mid fight with police and we had taken what we had known to be a Police Sniper to a dodgy doctor where the police eventually caught upto and we had a firefight there, We managed to get the sniper and back into our heli where we had an eventual chase with the blackhawk helicopter and managed to lose them, We decided we were going to land on Mount Chiliad and lay low until we thought it would be safe to transport the sniper back to a secure location, As we were flying to the mountain as I was auto-banned for an Illegal Client, I use reshade for a slight upscale in the vibrance in my game as it makes it look brighter and not doom and gloom and I also use the Layer.png for a crosshair on my screen as I don't like the usual dot crosshair. I feel like we went about the situation the best we could and tried to follow all rules, We had a Police hostage on top of the Mega Mall and were demanding a ransom for him of £150,000 and we communicated that to the police but then police started to move around and then the Blackhawk came in and we used binoculars to see that the sniper was set on a high building not far from the mega mall which we took as a act of aggression so me and 2 others hopped into a heli as we couldn't climb up the building to the sniper, So we took the heli to counter the sniper as we saw that as our biggest threat at that point, I went to Mirror park to get picked up by the heli as we didn't want the heli to be seen so the police didn't know what our plan was going to be then we flew around the industrial area for around a couple minutes to listen over radio as We didn't "want" to fight the police as even if we win the scenario it will still have major repercussions onto the people involved in the situation so we waited for a call on the radio from a higher up to say to push the sniper. We ended up pushing the sniper and managed to take him out and the officer that was beside him supporting him, I would never use an Illegal client to gain an edge over anyone I only use reshade out of preference on how my game looks while still keeping my graphics high as I like the realistic look of the game, Whilst we were fighting the police at the dodgy doctor I was getting major PC issues and I was suprised I didn't crash at that point as I had like 5 second long stutters on my screen where everything would stop, Unsure if this was my WIFI or my PC as I live in scotland and we have been getting Major winds and my WIFI has been having some issues not just within FIVEM.
I would like apologise if I have done something wrong by using reshade and then taking up staffs time in a appeal. I know I have already been unbanned in the last 6 months but I'd like to reiterate, I believe whole-heartedly this is a false-ban and I would never use an "Illegal Client".
