Unban Appeal for Tsnipz

Reason given for your ban: G1.2 | G2.4 | C2.2|
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for using a emote in a active gunfight and also returning to an area where i was downed in the same situation.
Why should we unban you ?: I'll start this off by giving context to the situation we found ourselves in, Triads were positioned on roofs around the triad turf expecting a push from 229 due to the ongoing beef which most people know about during the time we were positioned on roofs we had saw a red and green swift circling and landing on various roofs so upon seeing this helicopter who we knew 229 were operating landing on the roof myself and 2 others were sitting/laying on the safehouse roof stood up and all triads opened fire on the back rotor to which after using a mag of pistol ammo i used passout3 again to get myself behind cover myself and the others on the roof believed this was ok to be done in this situation due to the fact we were not being shot at and we were the ones shooting. This was seen as us using emotes to our advantage which is 100% can see where the staff are coming from and it did give us a advantage due to the fact that they could have peaked the roof at any moment and killed us but due to the fact we were laying it didn't give them a chance to even retaliate.
I understand that what i did was an extremely bad mistake and after my chat with the staff they have also informed me of what the NLR rule fully implies so that mistake while not be made again i can only apologise to the 229 and staff that are involved in the situation.
During my 1 Year on the server I've never been banned and have only received 1 warning over the forums which was because i report i made myself other than that ive had small chats with staff here and there on how I can improve my roleplay but mostly I've been just another player with my criminal character and my cop character trying to have a good time like everyone else but due to my actions i may have ruined the experience for a few other players which is not how people should be acting.
RPUK is the only server I've spent a significant amount of time on and I've gotten to know a lot of people and if I'm unbanned I'm sure ill get to know a lot more but all i can do right now is apologise and promise i wont do it again and hope for a second chance.
